Qualification and competence as a prerequisite

basic requirements
- 25 to 45 years old (management staff by arrangement)
- Willingness to work in areas of tension for a long time
- Military or police experience is welcome
- Driving license class B (old class 3) - at least class C1 for driving specially protected vehicles
- Combat or special forces preferred
- Physically and mentally highly resilient and stress-resistant
- Absolute ability to work in a team
- unregistered police clearance certificate
- Impeccable spoken and written German
- German, Swiss or Austrian citizen (other German-speaking EU countries possible by arrangement)
Professional requirements
For use as a bodyguard: PS training with at least 160 TU theory practical training
1st pillar - country-specific security illustration
- The formal requirement of the home country to carry out security services (e.g. §34a GewO in Germany or comparable permission from other countries)
- State weapon proficiency test / proof (analogous to §7 WaffG)
- Lifeguard (DLRG silver)
- Fire protection assistant training
- Medical training security industry
- Standard driver safety training (e.g. ADAC)
2nd pillar
- Basic training short and long guns (handling and shooting)
- Long gun base
- Handgun base
- Rifle advanced
- Handgun advanced
2. Advanced training handgun and long gun
- Combined long gun & short gun (CQB and CQC)
- Combined long guns & short guns in the convoy and PSD team
3rd pillar
- TCCC or comparable wound care
- Basics
- Advanced knowledge
- Care under Fire
4th pillar
- Close combat (reality and mission related)
5th pillar
- Driving safety and tactical driving
- Driving safety (vehicle control)
- Tactical driving (convoy / formations)
Remarks
The basic qualifications that are not specially marked must be met by all operators and are a prerequisite for working in property protection.
The additional qualifications can be acquired in the off-phases. Until all qualifications are available, the operator is used in property protection.
